Pitch Gauge 3.0 Beta

COMING SOON

Since inception, Pitch Gauge users have participated in the evolution of the application, giving us direction through their feedback and insight.  How could you not like a product that you helped design and create?  We are seeking Beta Testers to test features for our next big release, Pitch Gauge 3.0.  Testers will provide us with feedback on feel, functionality, layout, look, ideas for features, and so on.  Beta Testers will have a direct impact on the final product that we release. Want to gain access to the application before anybody else? Join our User Group!

We are looking for Testers from all walks of life; whether you are a roofer, architect, insurance adjuster, carpenter, plumber, engineer, etc! If you are using Pitch Gauge, we want to know why!

The Process Will Go As Follows:

Step 1: We will send you a brief email further explaining what will happen and what we will need  you to do.

Step 2: We will send you a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and request that you sign and return it, simply to provide protection for the both of us.  If you agree to proceed, we will need you to answer a few short questions on a survey such as what type of device you are using and so on; very basic questions.

Step 3: We will ask that you answer four simple questions about the current version of Pitch Gauge that you are using.

Step 4: This is when the fun begins: as soon as we have a file ready, we will send it over for you to begin using on the job and whenever you want. We want you to try to break it!!

Step 5: We will give you the same four questions to answer as we did in step 3, only this time you will answer them in regards to Pitch Gauge 3.0 (the new one that you tested).  This is where you can also express any feelings about the app.  Tell us if you love it, or if you hate it.  Let us know how practical it is, and whether it is something you will continue to use.  Any ideas on improvements?  Feedback is a crucial aspect of communication; we aren’t afraid of constructive criticism.

Who can be a Beta Tester?  We are looking for those who currently use Pitch Gauge, and will continue to use it in the future as a tool on the job.  If interested, please send a short email to Support@ProlificMethods.com titled, “I Want To Be A Beta Tester.”

Once again, thank you for your support.

We use pictometry, and have used lionsgate, eagleview and areologistics (not sure of the name is right on the last one) at different times. I have never heard of pitch gauge until now. Don’t know enough about it to comment or volunteer. So maybe?
    Thanks

      Dan,

Our current version of Pitch Gauge does not provide users with the ability to generate roofing reports like Pictometry and Eagleview. Pitch Gauge is really just a simple tool that makes it easier to generate a roofing estimate without actually climbing the roof by using a little math and some technology. It seems that you are pretty comfortable with technology (because you have utilized these services before)- if you are interested, we would be glad to have you as a part of our User Group to Beta Test our next release.
